Dionne (Currie-Hunsucker) Hoover
I have been the school counselor at Tabernacle School for nine years this year. Most students and parents refer to me as Ms.C-H short for Ms. Currie-Hunsucker. Recently, I have remarried and my new name is Mrs. Hoover. Many parents ask, "So what do you do?" As your child's school counselor I wear many hats: including teaching whole group lessons, small group lessons, provide one on one counseling, and connect students and families to needed community resources. I serve on many school committees and teams with my years of teaching experience prior to becoming a School Counselor. As a mother of three children and two grandchildren, I know what it's like to entrust others with your greatest gift, your children.
