Hello, and welcome to my page! My name is Rachel Beck, and I am teaching First Grade for the 2020-2021 school year.  This will be my second year at Tabernacle Elementary, and I am very excited to be teaching First Grade! Last year, I had a great year in Fifth Grade, and I am looking forward to a big change! I have been teaching for ten years, and spent nine of those years at Randleman Elementary. I have a Bachelor's Degree from UNCG in Elementary Education, and a Masters Degree from UNCG in School Administration. When I grow up, I'd like to be a principal. For now, I LOVE being in the classroom with students! 

When I am not at school, you can find me with my family. My husband and I have been married for 9 years, and we have a 6 year old daughter, Bailey. She will be in First Grade this year at Tabernacle with me. We have two dogs, Willow and Winston that we absolutely love! You can find us spending time together riding bikes, reading, playing with the dogs, going to the beach, or spending time with our extended family. 

I love being a part of the Cougar family, and I look forward to having a wonderful school year!
