The leadership of our school system extends our sincere appreciation to the County Commissioners for their continued support of our schools, staff, and students. We also thank the members of the Board of Education for their dedication, leadership, and hard work throughout the budget development process. The “Pride in the Randolph County School System (RCSS)” program honors employees who consistently demonstrate pride in the school system and exemplify strong character and commitment in their everyday work. While the program primarily highlights smaller, often unnoticed acts of dedication, it also recognizes exceptional efforts tied to larger events when appropriate.

Employees chosen for this recognition are awarded a “Pride in the Randolph County School System” lapel pin. Recipients are selected by members of the RCSS Leadership Team, school principals, or Board of Education members.

The following pages list the “Pride in RCSS” pin recipients from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. We extend our sincere thanks to these outstanding employees for their dedication to the Randolph County School System.
