You're Invited to the 2024 Career Expo

Thespian Troupe 4305 is thrilled to invite you to our fall play, "PUFFS: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic." Show Dates are November 21-23 @ 7:30pm and November 24 @ 2:00pm.
Now, you might be thinking...what is PUFFS? We are so glad you asked. PUFFS is a fast-paced, energetic parody of the Hufflepuffs from the Harry Potter franchise. PUFFS is a hilarious, heartwarming journey following a band of loyal, lovable misfits who just happen to be members of the most underestimated house at a well-known magical school. With seven action-packed years of near-death experiences, an overly enthusiastic badger mascot, and more spells than you can shake a wand at, PUFFS delivers a witty, behind-the-scenes look for fans of all things wizarding world 🧙
Whether you’re a die-hard Potterhead or simply need a good laugh, this play is bound to cast a spell on you. Plus, it’s the perfect way to support our amazing student actors and crew, who have poured their hearts (and magic) into this production 💛

Last night, Twelfth-grade student-athletes from Asheboro City Schools and the Randolph County School System were honored as "Unsung Heroes" at the Randolph Sports Council Fall Banquet held at Black Powder Smokehouse in Asheboro. The event featured guest speaker Alvin Battle, a member of the 1983 NCAA Basketball National Championship team from North Carolina State University. Battle inspired attendees with his stories of perseverance and teamwork, celebrating the achievements of these dedicated young athletes who contribute to their schools and communities.

Tenth-grade students from across Randolph County recently visited the Richard Petty Education Center at Randolph Community College to explore the diverse certificate, diploma, and associate degree opportunities offered in the Automotive Systems Technology program. The visit included a tour of the Randolph County School System’s bus garage.
