The Randolph County School System is excited to announce the launch of the Infinite Campus Parent Portal! 🎉 Parent Portals for students in grades 3–12 are now active. For step-by-step English and Spanish instructions on how to create your account, please click here.



That means the bus will arrive at home 2 hours earlier than normal. For example, if your student normally gets off the bus at 3:15pm, they will arrive home at 1:15pm on Thursday. Please be at your child's bus stop 15 minutes early to ensure they can get off the bus.

The Fall Book Fair is coming next week: October 13th-17th!
Students will have an opportunity to shop the book fair next week during their library class.

Tuesday Classes: S. Wilson(1st), Woodell, Perryman
Wednesday Class: Pre-K Ratliff
Friday Classes: Carter, Hunt, Willingham, D. Wilson, Connor, Risher
Students may also shop first thing in the morning from 7:30-7:50 after checking in with their teacher. The Book Fair will be open to shop on Thursday October 16th from 6-7pm for Reading/Title I night. This would be a great chance to pick out some books to donate to your child's teacher!

Tuesday, Sept. 9 - 3rd Grade students will take the BOG (Beginning of Grade) Test
Reminder: Students are not allowed to bring soda for lunch or snack.
-Transportation Changes: If your child has a transportation change you will need to call the office and all transportation changes need to be made by 2:00 PM.
-Early Check-Out: Please do not check out students after 2:15 PM unless it is an emergency. If your child has an appointment after school please have them checked out by 2:15 PM.
-Instruction starts at 7:50 AM - If you drop your child off after 7:50 AM you will need to park, walk your child into the building and sign your child in. They will be counted tardy after 7:50 AM. Also, our cafeteria staff cannot serve breakfast after 8:05 AM. If your child comes in after this time you will need to make sure they have had breakfast.
-Morning and afternoon car riders - Parents please do not turn around in private driveways on Tabernacle School Rd. There is a cul-de-sac at the end of the road that you can turn around in.
-If your child is in Kindergarten and you have not turned in their Kindergarten Health Assessment please make sure you do so by September 23. After this date students will be suspended starting on September 24 until their Health Assessment is turned in. If you have any questions please call the school and ask for our school Nurse, Mrs. Blevins.
ASBESTOS HAZARD EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACT (AHERA) NOTIFICATION STATEMENT
According to the AHERA regulations any new school built after October 12, 1988 could have a statement signed by the architect, engineer or LEA Designee stating that no asbestos building material was used in constructing the school. This statement along with how we make the required annual notification to staff and parents that no asbestos is in the school makes up the management plan required by AHERA. Each school’s Management Plan is available to the public for inspection upon request. This school contains NO ASBESTOS! Any questions concerning the school’s Management Plan can be directed to the Randolph County School Systems LEA Designee at 336-736-6588

-Tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 1 is a holiday so there will be no school for students. Again tomorrow there is no school for students.
-If students are car riders in the morning, starting Tuesday morning all students in grades Pre-K - 5th grade will need to be dropped off in the car rider line. Parents will need to go through the car rider line to drop students off.
-Dismissal time can be a very busy time so please follow these guidelines so that we make sure all students get to where they need to be.
